Hull is 23 ft 197 Center Console SeaCraft by Potter. Boat was purchased in 20 from longtime ownerin Palacios, Texas. Center console has T-top which can be easily removed and secured to bow rail forlong trips on trailer. Leaning post / seat with removable backrest was added in 202, along with all newupholstery. Motor is Mercury Salt Water Optimax 25, purchased new in 20 which has beenupgraded with Mercury SmartCraft digital instruments. Engine was just serviced with good compression (105-15 psi), new fuel pumps, trim motor, and waterpump. Instruments are 201 model Mercury SmartCraft gauges which have just been rebuilt with newlenses and LCD panels. Gas tank was flushed after 8 years in storage. Engine is mounted on HydraJacJack-plate for shallow water. SeaStar Hydraulic steering has new seals. Electric trim tabs are by Lenco. Motor comes with factory manual and Dicom software and computer interface specific for this engine. Boat has one starter battery and two house batteries, all switchable. Starting battery is new. All wiringwas replaced in 202 with teak switch box. Voltage meter and fuel level gauge are on dash. Customteak dash includes a custom compass binnacle. Boat has been kept indoors when not in use starting in206. Stern was professionally rebuilt about 15 years ago with the outer shell undisturbed. Boat hasSingle 75 gallon aluminum fuel tank which was replaced sometime around 208. Hull has never beenpainted. Fiberglass is sound. Dive platform with ladder on port stern just upgraded with custom teakdeck. Aluminum trailer was bought new from McClain Trailers in Houston in 201.
