It was finished as a commercial salmon/tuna troller in 1993 by First Cabin LLC (they finished half of these hulls as commercial vessels). These hulls are super strong, efficient, and easily maintained. She is powered by a 671 Detroit w/N55 injectors and has a Northern Lights 8kw auxiliary with low hours. She averages a modest 55 gal fuel consumption in a 24 hour day (w/both engines running) when tuna fishing (much less if trolling for salmon), and has almost 2000 gal fuel capacity (w/2 additional 250 gal deck tanks). Her hold is refrigerated by a blast system and has a hold capacity of 12 tons hung tuna with custom Columbia tuna hangers. The decks have been replaced with premium high density structural marine foam board encapsulated in up to three layers of biaxial fiberglass (in high wear areas).
