This slip is on the North end of the dock W-22 it is 16x40 Easy access to the ICW and the Ocean. Its at the Crows Nest Yacht Club and they have 4.6 Google rating. Staff is very helpful and friendly. You can literally park directly in front of your boat for loading and unloading fishing gear or play toys for the children. The only reason that I am selling it is that I have moved from the beach to Morehead and I have found a slip on the mainland. They allow boat lifts if that suits your boating style. The slip does not have one now, but they are allowed.
