Green zones — even the shoalest of that chart band clears your need

Amber zones — band straddles your need (deeper parts OK)

Red zones — whole band too shallow for your need

Bright corridors — dredged / federal channels (USACE project depth; ENC DRGARE + tide)

Little rectangles — bridges (circles are marinas)

Half green / yellow rectangle — drawbridge: call ahead to open

Grey — no data (never guessed)

Dredged marina cuts & federal reaches sit on top of flats — USACE corridors use published project depth (tide not added; datum unknown). ENC dredged areas use chart + tide. Width lines = bank-to-bank on ENC fairway/dredged/harbour outlines. Tide scrubber updates ENC ≈ water + UKC. Labels never show negative water — dry/exposed means the shoal edge of that chart band is above water at this tide (basemap may still look blue; deeper parts of the band can still hold water). BlueTopo pilot is NOAA bathymetry (Florida coastal, expanding) converted NAVD88→MLLW via VDatum. Private unmarked canals may be missing. Planning only — not for navigation.
