We have had this boat what my wife and I call a dockominium on the water for over 11 years. We normally stay on it over the weekends. It has two staterooms, two heads, a galley, a salon, a sunroom and a bridge with about 500 square feet of living space. In the last 11 years we have taken it out about a half dozen times. I have not run the motor or the generator in years. We get shore power and water from the dock that we are on. We figure that we get million-dollar views for a fraction of the cost.
