30' Boat Slip next to channel, NW docking, boat slip in a gated moorage community at Port Warren Condo Marina, On the Skipanon River (Fresh Water), Warrenton, OR. The slip is next to the Columbia Bar Pilot Station. The slip has electricity (additional charge) and water. It is also secured by a locked gate. The Skipanon River feeds into the Lower Columbia River at RM 11 right in the middle of the famous buoy 10 fishing area close to buoy 29. There is a private fish cleaning station at the marina so no need to fight the crowds. Rate/Requirement: $550.00 per month June-September, $275.00 per month October-May. $750.00 deposit plus $100.00 Tenant fee. Tenant must maintain marine liability insurance. If charter, then clients must be picked up at Warrenton boat yard on the North side of the Skipanon River. Possible daily rate of $75 per day, 3 day minimum. Thank you for your interest.
