It is a pretty good boat. I think it has a 15 horse mercury on it. The mercury will run off of some salt and fluid comes with a gas tank. The only thing it really needs is the steering set up and maybe a new throttle for the motor and then the motor needs to be bolted down other than that the boat is in great shape has no leaks and has a good trailer trade for a good dirt dirtbike. 125cc or 250
