42' fractional sloop designed by Sparkman and Stephens. Produced/Manufactured by Chris Craft during a time when vacuum resin over reinforced fiberglass layup method was invented and its structural properties were not completely understood, this sailboat has a thick, over-engineered fiberglass hull. The full forefoot allows it to point into the wind better than many other hull designs.
