Bluewater 31 ftsloop built in England by the 20+ year old firm of Camper Nicholson in 1976 to Lloyd's standards for Offshore world cruising. Seeing the heavy storm tri-sail with it's dedicated separate mast track and the adjustable precision stainless reef clamps on the boom resting on a sturdy boom crutch - it becomes apparent that this is no ordinary sailboat. The sail inventory includes a new offshore grade 130% dacron headsail on Harken Rollerfurling, a good dacron main with traditional double reefing setup, a quad-stitched heavy storm tri-sail for the separate storm mast track and a spinnaker with spinnaker pole in rack on deck. Auxiliary engine is a reliable Beta 20 Diesel engine with new transmission powering an 18 inch bronze two blade prop through a PSS Packless Shaft Seal.
