“Windrush” is a classic cruising boat, designed by Carl Alberg and built by Cape Dory Yachts in 1983. She was the first Cape Dory 31 to be built, and after serving briefly as a model at boat shows, she was sold to the first of her two owners, both of whom kept the boat in fresh water at the head of the Chesapeake Bay. Ann and David Brownlee, the second and present owners, bought her in 2000 and keep her in Havre de Grace, Maryland.
