Resolute gets compliments every day wherever she goes. Dry inside, no leaks, many upgrades. Turn key. She's fast and responsive with her elliptical keel and rudder (like a Spitfire wing). Her bottom was recently prepped like the owner has always done. wet sanded down to her barrier coat and she received two coats of hard, burnishable multi-season bottom paint, so she's setup for the next two years. You will love the non-skid on deck and the cockpit flooring. No wood outside to maintain. Sails are on, and she's been sailing. At the dock, her air conditioner does a great job cooling or heating the cabin when needed, which makes weekending or living aboard very comfortable. Headroom is 6'2" and she has many sleeping options with two pilot berths two pipe berths aft. She's setup for solo sailing but can be handled by a couple, or raced more competitively with a full crew of friends. The helm is balanced and she points high with both sails, just the jib, or just the main. This beautiful 1989 design is actually 35' long, comes with 8 sails for both cruising and racing and everything aboard is in working order. Pipe berths and the vee berth can be removed to lighten the boat for racing. She has a Selden retractable sprit for assyms as well as a pole for flying regular spinnakers.
