This boat is equipped with everything you need to be a single man operation. From fishing near the breakwall no worries about anchoring. The trolling motor has anchor lock. Also can set a path if you are lobster fishing by yourself which I do it is much easier with the trolling motor with its own double battery just for that and accessories. Just replaced the motor with a 115hp Johnson from 2004. Gets up to around 30 mph with 1 person unsure with more people
