Very clean 23 ft XL wellcraft Nova rebuilt 454 mild cam. This boat just literally had this year all new transom and stringers done on this boat $14,000 worth of work. Have pictures and receipts done at a professional shop. This boat is basically a brand new boat again bulkhead and everything was checked when it was torn down everything was solid if it wasn't solid it was replaced. Boat Hall has 800 hrs.
