I have a 23’ 2004 moomba xlv with tons of upgrades and maintenance records. The boat has a brand new motor as of 2 years ago with all receipts and records. Only 600 hours on dash with less than 100 on the new motor. The boat has a completely updated ballast system that will fill and empty with the push of a button with bigger bags to hold more weight as well as perfect pass technology.
