Currently in covered slip on Lake Allatoona. Can transfer slip to new owner. Great condition with sleeping quarters, bathroom, kitchenette, outdoor tv for watching games, and new grill. We are selling due to other commitments not allowing us to use it much. We bought 2 years ago for a deal at 25k. So this will be a fantastic deal for a serious buyer.
