This is a great boat for beer can racing, coastal cruising, and single handed sailing. I have jack stands (additional $700) that can be used to keep the boat on your lawn and save marina storage in winter. Currently it costs me $325 each way to and from my house to the water and $0 for winter storage. Has a mast stepping pole so you can step and unstep your mast from a dock. I am buying a bigger boat.
