Boat Slip For Rent. 1 year lease. This slip is located in a gated community and can accommodate a vessel up to 60’ in length. It includes power, water and 24 hour access to full bathroom facilities. No live aboards are permitted with a 3 consecutive night maximum and 12 nights/month. The vessel must be seaworthy with a working engine. Insurance must be maintained and comply with marina rules and regulations. A key fob will be included with a refundable security deposit for entry into the gated community. This slip is amazing as it is on the outside and is on the side of the dock where the waves push your vessel off the dock and not into it. It is an ideal slip location for easier docking. At low tide the lowest point in the slip is 7.5’ and the approach into the slip at low tide reads 10-11’.
