I have a deeded Dock in Harrods Creek yacht club. It is just off the Ohio river. You can access The Great Loop. It will hold a 50 ft boat. HOA fees are 437 every 4 months. That gives you a clubhouse with showers, bathrooms and laundry room. Also they are replacing the pool this spring. They do alow livaboards. The electric is about 30-50 a month and insurance runs me 500 a year. Taxes on it are less than 30 a year. Sell or trade
