We offer a private dock with ocean access and no fixed bridges. A 100-ton captain is on-site if needed. The dock provides free water and 50-amp power. This is a quiet area with space to accommodate yachts up to 60 feet in length, with a depth of approximately 7 feet and a beam width of up to 17 feet. General maintenance services are available for a fee. Please note that liveaboards are not permitted, but pets are welcome. There is street parking available for one car, and charter pick-ups are not allowed.
