SEASONAL BOAT SLIP AVAILABLE — SPICER’S NOANK MARINA — DISCOUNTED We have a seasonal slip at Spicer’s Noank Marina in Noank, CT that we unfortunately won’t be able to use this season due to a major construction project. The marina has approved a transfer/sublet. Season runs through October 31, 2026. Original seasonal agreement was just under $6,000. Asking $4,000 for the remainder of the season. Slip was rented for a 25’ Stingray, though the dock may accommodate slightly larger boats depending on configuration and marina approval. Great marina in a protected harbor with easy access to Fishers Island Sound and Long Island Sound. Amenities include WiFi, bath facilities, and convenient access to Mystic and Groton.
