Just walk around to the back yard and down steps to the lake. Boat house is 200 feet from the house so there's plenty of privacy for everyone. Slip size is 22' - 23' long but it will also depend on your boat's swim platform and beam. The upper lake is calm with fewer boats and fewer people. I also prefer a smaller group as well. Location is close to Ski Shores for the best burgers and drinks in town. Then afterwards you can head back to the calm waters of the upper lake and ski or wake board your way home.
