I will be willing to sell you a small kayak or “boat shaped object” parked in the slip for an agreed upon price. You will be able to swap your boat in and sign a new lease with the marina. We spoke with their rep via email and this is allowed. We just don't use the boat enough to justify the monthly fee anymore. Please reply via email if interested.
