What are you actually paying for a 40' wet slip these days? (South FL is wild)

Renewal letter came: $1,450/mo for a 40' slip in Coconut Grove. That's up 40% in three years. Curious what the rest of the country pays — drop your area + length + monthly. Maybe we crowd-source the first honest slip price map.

Fort Lauderdale, 50': $1,900/mo at a private marina, $1,200 if you can win the city marina lottery (you won't).

St. Pete: $14/ft so $560 for my 40'. Y'all are getting robbed down south.

Pacific NW checking in — Anacortes, $11/ft covered. Come north, the water's cold but the rent is sane.
