This forum is run by YachtBazar, the for-sale-by-owner marketplace. House rules are short:

Selling something? Boats go in regular listings (free). Slips, moorings and gear can go in the Boat Slips & Moorage or Electronics & Gear sections here. 4. Flag anything that smells like a scam — the community flags feed straight to moderation.
